Everyone has anxiety, to varying degrees. It’s a critical part of life. Kierkegaard made a philosophical career out of it. However as obvious as this seems, you really shouldn’t let it play a major (or even supporting) role in your life. Here’s how:

Okay, honestly? I disagree. Anxiety for some is a disorder and not “normal.” To pretend as if this is a normal problem for some and make it sound like a struggling person worries about stupid things for no reason and should just “have an attitude of gratitude” is to short change the situation. of course you can fight, you can struggle, you can win. but it’s not that easy.
